Sending a parcel with Piast is more than just shipping—it’s a gesture of connection. Most parcels include gifts, clothing, sweets, toys, and personal items. Under current customs regulations, parcels to Poland valued at CAD 40.00 or less are duty-free, and no receipts are required. For parcels exceeding this value, a purchase invoice or value declaration is needed to speed up customs clearance.

Every parcel requires a complete sender and recipient address, including postal code and phone number. Air parcels must follow strict safety rules and cannot contain flammable materials, batteries, weapons, explosives, jewelry, money, or other high-value items.
For your convenience, we offer parcel pickup from the sender’s location for a small flat fee of $5, regardless of size or quantity. All parcels are delivered directly to the recipient’s hands, unless the sender requests otherwise. Additional fees may apply for multiple delivery attempts or address changes.
Calculating Your Parcel Fee
For air parcels, fees are based on dimensional weight:
Length x Width x Height (cm) ÷ 6000 = Dimensional Weight

Prohibited Items
Certain items cannot be shipped, including: correspondence, passports, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, batteries, money, perishable food, alcohol, narcotics, precious metals, jewelry, plants, medical samples, and human or animal remains. Air parcels have additional restrictions such as aerosols, adhesives, magnets, and flammables. Some restricted items are allowed only via sea shipping.
